if there are people out there who serious argue that any critique of shows like Girls or Bunheads bc they are for, by & about ‘women’ for their lack of diversity are misogynists or hurting women

Oh, I mean, I have an explanation. People who say that can roughly be translated as “My head is either stuffed so far up my privileged ass and I can’t be bothered to give a shit about those I’m oppressing OR I’m a racist, yo.”
